1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Elektron Xisoblagich (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Site Administration”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) using the Company’s website.

By using the website, the User confirms that:
