2004, April

On the initiative of HANGZHOU ZHONGWU ELECTRONIC METERS COMPANY LIMITED, a joint venture was established and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the joint divisions of the State Joint Stock Company UZBEKENERGO: OJSC TOSHKENTSHAHAR ELEKTRTARMOQLARI KORXONASI. UP O'ZENERGOSOZLASH and HOLLEY GROUPCO. LTD, a joint venture in the form of an LLC for the production of electronic electricity meters ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH was established and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2004, December

ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH LLC launched the first production line in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the manufacture of DDS28 single-phase static AC active energy meters

2005, July

The joint venture ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH has mastered and established production of single-phase multifunctional electronic meters for measuring active alternating current energy of the DDS28U type

2006, April

SP LLC “ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH” successfully implemented an automated control and accounting system (AEMS) for the residential sector and commercial consumers in the Y. Razhabiy district of Tashkent

2007, February

The joint venture ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH has mastered and established production of single-phase static AC active energy meters of the EX28 type

2007, June

ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH LLC launched the first production line for the manufacture of EX541 and EX531 three-phase electronic active energy meters in the Republic of Uzbekistan

2008, January

The joint venture ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH has mastered and established production of DTS541 three-phase electronic active energy meters for alternating current

2009, January

SP LLC “ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH,” in accordance with Decree No. PP1048 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 27, 2009, has joined the program for the localization of finished products, components, and materials based on industrial cooperation

2010, August

For the first time in the Republic of Uzbekistan, 960 residential buildings (plots) in the city of Kokand. SP LLC “ELEKTRON XIS08LAGICH” installed single-phase electronic electricity meters with a prepayment function, type DDSY283. This had a significant economic effect on electricity metering and contributed to the repayment of overdue receivables from consumers in the domestic sector

The joint venture ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH LLC, together with the joint venture ENERGOTA'MIR OJSC (Republic of Uzbekistan) and HOLLEY METERING CO. LTD. (PRC), established the joint venture ELEKTR QUVVAT QURILMALARI LLC for the production of current transformers

The AEMS system has been implemented at the Tashkent-500 substation and at the Kadyrinskaya, Nizhne-Bozsuyskaya, and Farkhadskaya hydroelectric power plants. Work has been carried out to implement the system at the Samarkand and Shakhrikhan hydroelectric power plants and in the city of Fergana.

2013, Beginning

SP LLC “ELEKTON XISOBLAGICH” mastered and established the production of single-phase static electronic electricity meters DDSY 541U (with prepayment function (IC card) and data transfer to PLC modem) compatible with AEMS

2013, October

The joint venture ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH LLC has mastered and established the production of new three-phase static meters for active and reactive electrical energy of the DTS544U type

Today

Our company has developed modern electricity meters, the EX18 and EX518. To date, more than 3 million electricity meters manufactured by the joint venture ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH LLC have been installed in the Republic of Uzbekistan and are successfully operating in the unified republican AEMS system
